Crisis seems to highlight our "old" mental programs and thought patterns. In Session Three of Quarantine Calm, Linda will present a self-assessment exercise that helps you delve into the deeper thoughts and emotions that might be driving some of your subconscious behavior.

Session Four: Gaining Emotional Freedom

In the final session of Quarantine Calm, Linda will lead us through the Enneagram and how to use it as tool for self-awareness. By the end of this session, you learn how to express more of your essence in your relationship with yourself and with others.
